Teardrops
Teardrops
A doe eyed smile
catalysts this feeling.
The heart quails, condenses.
With a pinch of pain,
A teardrop trickles down.
Like a drop of rain
On the flipside of the window.
Tapering like a falsetto note.
It stains the warm cheek.
It streams into the mouth
The tip of the tongue.
Saline.
Alkaline.
Quiet, weeping like a child.
It's cloudy by the shore of your moist eyes.
A blurred vision
Silhouettes an empty distance.
A sinking heart.
Paces with the intense breathing.
A running nose
Gives way to turpentine phlegm
A body sapped dry
Chokes for water, for air
All transparent
All water
